This camera takes pictures at a right angle on the side.
When looking trough the optical viewfinder fitted to the eyepiece, it would appear that
the photographer is looking trough a field glass.
And the subject would not be unaware that the picture is taken at a right angle to the eyepiece.
The camera takes pictures 2 3/8 x 1 3/4 inch exposures and measures 70 mm x 60 mm x 110 mm.or 4,5x6cm plates.
